Have sold the (girl's label) to small boutiques like Denny's in RI and NY. Since the line is 'different' in that it's not denim like every other label has done (bandwaggoning). Love the low cost options - the YouTube video is great and E-Mailing them (now just got to expand the Mailing List, that's another Brainstorm in itself). Thanks everyone, Adam.
create a website where people can buy your products individually or wholesale
Make your own youtube commercials
send them a catalog of the apparel
send businesses samples of your clothes,
sell to local boutiques first
Create an interesting video of children wearing your garments and email it to the wholesalers.
Invite them to a free dinner and fashion entertainment event
Establishing b2b (small retailers) and b2c online sales will create a benchmark to present to buyers at the large retailers. Most buyers want to see some sort of established sales history. It would help if the line served some niche market and/or had a unique point of interest, the clothing industry is a crowded one! Oh, it would also help to land a great publicist!
