collecting flowing lava and sending direct to an onsite brick making machine
while this has sounded absurd to many people, iron/steel smelters have almost total control over their supplies of raw material. What if a system were designed to mirror that control with volcano flowing lava?

Iron/steel smelters receive raw materials at ambient temperature ("room temperature"). A system to capture, cool down, and create usable blocks of lava can adapt this resource to current manufacturing technology. The geological nature of the lava will determine how it might be used. Some types of lava are pretty useless. The balance factor always has to be whether or not it is cost effective to produce. What type of lava is most adaptable to human demand? Determine that answer.

convincing counties to connect to other counties so that sewer water from flood water can be sent to the dry counties; thus, we would never have flooding again and we would never have dry cities or counties again.

getting a municipality which needs RFPs to pay for services, to pay for a simple helicopter "flying" fire engine so the choppers may hover over fires to put them out --instead of dropping water.
