If informal communication is so common, the commonality must mean it is acceptable to the majority. Email etiquette should be the priority. e-communication is fast. Taking the time to compose a thoughful letter defeats the purpose. This does not apply to e-communications to new contacts or resumes. www.intimateattitudes.com
