I am a technosavvy 46 year old but Print size is the very biggest concern when I'm reading labels. Instructions or benefits printed in large font would be a major consideration. I would also recommend that young, sexy marketing or labelling isn't appealing to my generation.

I think you have to let people know what they needed it fore. When you first see the point in using the product, the learning process is not that big a problem. You can always easily learn if you want to. Even just by learning by doing.

Everybody can learn, if they have to. Examble my mom didnt know how to use the cellerphone to send sms. But for a periode i could not talk, only text. So if she wanted to contact me she had to learn. And suddently in no time she would text me again an again...
