i would be pissed because "PAY" is in the agreement, not "Tested by dealer". on the consumer side, i'd pay $37 pluss tax

For the previous lawsuit idea, you should just ask for a percentage of the settlements, rather than a fee per kit. You'll get more that way.

If I were a class-action lawyer, I could use this kit to test all the playground equipment in my city, and then sue the bastards that put it up.

There are probably other dangers around the home - maybe a website could be started that highlights these dangers and offers kits to tackle the problems. Or you could highlight the ten biggest home 'killers' and offer something like "ten kits in one pack".

I wouldn't buy it, but I could see it being a service offered in addition to a service offered by any person or company that offers other services - such as window cleaners.
