Make exec compensation more closely tied to be performance of the company, no one should be paid for running a company into the ground.

Definitely make executive compensation match performance rewarding long-term gains. I'd make it very difficult to use smoke and mirrors to create paper gains. It would have to be long-term measurable gains.

Advocate change towards a global currency (calculated off of 5-6 major currency) than solely relying on $.
