What shouls people of India do in the situation where no political parties are trustworthy.

Put together a total some thousand numbers of political leaders are looting 100 cores people constantly since last 60 years. People are agreely allowing either this or that political parties or leaders to enjoy power and loot the nation and soughting helpless .Anna is a very old person and I am confused why did not he started this operation long back .
