the key would be to make the website url more well known then the resturaunt name. maybe online discount coupons that cant be used in-house.

Yes, I think so. In the US we order food online quite a bit. Phone still works great, but online is better if you don't want to deal with people on the phone who put you on hold a lot and may misunderstand your order.
