Have any of you seen "Undercover Boss"? The CEO works for a week in various entry-level positions in their own company. I'm amazed at how out of touch so many of them are with the realities at that level. My idea: a mystery shopping style service/consultancy that gets upper management back in touch with the peons, w/o necessarily having to "get their own hands dirty." [about 11 years ago]
