About Me:Hi I am a Optometrists examine the eyes and other parts of the visual system, also diagnose and treat visual problems and manage diseases, injuries, and other disorders of the eyes. I prescribe eyeglasses or contact lenses as needed.Extensive skill, knowledge, and experience are needed for these occupations. Many require more than five years of experience. For example, surgeons must complete four years of college and an additional five to seven years of specialized medical training to be able to do their job. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development. Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximising business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
