| About Me: | I would like to express myself as a Capable, confident and ambitious MBA Graduate, with excellent inter personal and communicative skills. I have passed the (NET) National Eligibility Test for Lectureship and (JRF) Junior Research Fellowship conducted by University Grants Commission, New Delhi in 2005. I have completed first year course work of Fellowship Programme in Management (Organisational Behaviour) from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. I have completed my Masters in Business Administration from University of Kerala in 2002. I have also completed Diploma in Management from All India Management Association, New Delhi in 2000 and am a Graduate Life Time member of All India Management Association.I am a Life Time member of National Institute of Personnel Management as well. The ability to mingle with people and quick understanding of surroundings are my hallmarks. My job and education involved regular professional presentations to different audience at different levels of seniority. I feel comfortable in meeting new people both in personal and business situations. The degrees that I underwent and the excellent work experience I got, helped to involve and interact with heterogeneous groups in and out of India.I am managing The Park Field Retirement Home for the Elderly run by Nav Vanitha Niketan Charitable Trust in which am a Trust Member since a decade.The Park Field is a radically new approach to long term care for senior citizens in India where traditional nursing homes are torn down and replaced with small, home-like environments where people can live a full and interactive life.
